How it works

  1. PickYour operator
  2. WriteYour operator
  3. SendSoftware
  4. Reply and bookYour operator

Your name is on every invitation. A person should write it.

Your operator writes every first line from a real reason, in your voice.

Outreach reads like spam when the first line could have gone to anyone. Buyers see these every day, and some set traps to catch them. Your name is on every invitation, so a person should write each first line from a real reason, in your voice.

SampleSay a buyer puts an emoji before her first name on LinkedIn. A template greets her with the emoji still in it. She blocks the sender, and the sender is you.

In their words

Buyers are blunt about automated outreach, and founders who outsourced it have been embarrassed by it:

Receiving hundreds of these low-effort, automated “personalized” messages every single day doesn’t make us want to buy; it makes us want to build a digital fortress.

Trustpilot review of a LinkedIn automation tool, by a founder on the receiving end, April 2026

we noticed that they were sending out invites with entirely wrong industry references - very embarrassing because this is done in the client’s account directly and reflects on the end user.

Trustpilot review of an outsourced sales agency, December 2022

whenever I get a message on LinkedIn that starts with “Hello [emoji] [first name]” I know it was automated spam, and I reflexively block the sender.

Hacker News comment, September 2025

Why outreach reads like spam

A template shows in the greeting or the first clause. Buyers who get these daily stop reading there.

Spam reports cost you with LinkedIn too. Its help page lists invitations “marked as spam by the recipients” among the reasons it may restrict sending.

The note leaves no room to hide. LinkedIn allows up to 200 characters, which fits one real reason and one question.

And your name carries every line. The invitation shows your photo and headline, so a careless line from an agency or a tool reads as yours.

How your name stays yours

Your operator is a GTM engineer on our team. That’s true on every plan, Starter included.

  1. 01

Write every first line from a real reason

    Your operator

Your operator writes each note from a reason they could point to: a post, a job ad, a shared connection. On Signal, that includes buying signals. No merge fields pretending to be personal, and no pitch in the first message.

  2. 02

    Write in your voice

    Your operator

Your operator writes every invitation and message in your voice, from what you tell us on the kickoff call.

  3. 03

    Hold the volume back

    Software

LinkedIn counts spam reports against you, so we send at most 100 invitations a week, on weekdays, in your working hours.

    How we run your account
  4. 04

Everything sits in your own inbox

    Your operator

Every invitation and message goes out from your profile, so you can read what was sent in your name at any time.

When this won’t fix it

  1. Someone else still writes the messages, and we say so. If a prospect asks whether you wrote it, your operator says a member of your team drafted it, and that you take every meeting yourself.

  2. If you want every word to be yours, write them yourself. Our guide shows how: LinkedIn cold message examples, rewritten.

Common questions.

Book a call

25 minutes with our team.

Will the messages sound like me?

Your operator writes in your voice, from what you tell us on the kickoff call. If a message ever doesn’t sound like you, tell us and we change it.

Will you post on my profile?

Only on Authority, which includes posting for inbound and founder content in your voice. Starter and Signal cover invitations, messages and replies.

What if someone complains about a message?

Your operator stops contacting them at once and tells you. We don’t message people who ask to be left alone.

Can you send from someone else’s profile instead of mine?

Yes. A GTME operator sends from their own real profile, under a contract between them and you. It costs $60 to $100 per account.
